Shipping

All standard orders are shipped via USPS First Class Letter postage in a 4 by 6 inch craft paper envelope. USPS First Class Letter tracking is offered through EasyPost.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and your local post office, but standard delivery for First Class letter mail is 1-5 business days.
Standard free shipping includes tracking offered through EasyPost. Refer to the link in your shipping email for tracking updates. Please be aware that your tracking number is not a USPS number and will not work on the USPS website.
USPS Priority Mail can be purchased as an upgraded shipping option. USPS delivers Priority Mail in 1-3 business days.
Priority mail orders will be moved to the front of the packing and shipping queue, but once the order has been conveyed to USPS, I cannot control the delivery speed. Customers are highly encouraged to plan ahead and not rely on USPS to deliver on a tight timeline, particularly around the holidays.
USPS is inconsistent on when they scan First Class Letter mail as “delivered”. Often it’s marked delivered when it’s received by your local post office or put on a delivery truck, not when it arrives in your mailbox. I’ve seen it be as many as four business days between a delivery scan and the actual arrival of the mail. It’s likely your mail is still on its way to you!
If it has been more than four business days since tracking was marked as “Delivered”, please reach out via the Contact page so I can help make it right.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your order was shipped and you’ve confirmed you provided a correct and accurate address at the time of placing the order, please reach out via the Contact page so I can help make it right.
Please reach out via the Contact page with your order number and details on what is missing or incorrect in your order and I’d be happy to help. I may ask you to provide a photo of what you’ve received.
If your order has not shipped yet, please send me a message via the Contact page or by replying to your order confirmation email as soon as possible and I can change the address. I process our orders daily, so it is important you let me know right away.
If the order has already been conveyed to USPS, I cannot change the shipping information or send a new order. If the order is returned to sender, I am happy to redirect it to the correct address once it has been received.
At this time I do not offer shipping outside of the US due to the rising price of international shipping compared to my relatively small, inexpensive products.
Returns & Exchanges
I accept refunds within 7 days of the delivery of your order. You can initiate a refund by sending a message from the Contact form. Please include your order number.
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to return their item. Refunds will be issued upon the receipt of the returned item(s). If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Unless the item is being exchanged because it was received damaged, customers are responsible for the shipping cost to return their item. The exchanged item will be mailed only after the original is received. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please reach out via the Contact page and let me know. Remember to include you order number. I may ask for a picture of the damage, including a picture of the exterior packaging. I will happily replace or refund orders that arrive to you damaged from circumstances outside of your or my control.

Yes! Stickers are weatherproof, fade resistant, and tear resistant. Depending on the conditions your sticker is exposed to, stickers generally last 1-3 years when exposed to weather. Stickers applied to a clean, dry, flat and smooth surface will last best.
Yes! I have been washing my water bottles and thermoses in the dishwasher for over a year and all my stickers are still fully adhered. Make sure the surface is clean and dry when you apply your sticker for best results.
Though I do my best to photograph in natural light, based on the differences in monitor and device displays, some minor variation in color from the photos should be expected.
All my products are fade-resistant, however your experience may vary based on the conditions to which your product is exposed. Items placed in direct sunlight will naturally fade faster than those placed out of the sun.
Though my magnets can be adhered to smooth, flat, metal portions of vehicles, because of their relatively small surface area they may not stay on as well as larger car magnets. Make sure the surface is cleaned and dry before applying, and for best results regularly remove the magnet and clean the back and the vehicle surface to prevent dirt and moisture build up.
Magnets may become brittle when exposed to cold temperatures or direct sunlight so please exercise caution. Do not apply the magnet to horizontal surfaces exposed to direct sunlight such as car hoods.

I would be happy to discuss a custom design or an alteration of an existing design; please reach out via the Contact page. Please be aware that I can only accept custom orders for wholesale amounts of 10 or more stickers. I do not print my products in house, so custom orders can take 3-4 weeks time to go through design, ordering, printing, packaging, and shipping before the final product is mailed to you.
Custom designs and alterations are for personal use only and cannot be resold or used to create items for sale. Custom design orders are not refundable.
All of my designs are original concepts and artwork and I do not give permission for them to be used in something sold commercially. I’m delighted the designs resonate with you and am fine with them being incorporated into something for personal use or gifting.
I draw my designs with an iPad and Apple Pencil using the software Procreate.
