Shipping & Handling
Due to rising international shipping costs, I currently only offer shipping within the US.
I am a one-woman shop, completing all ordering processing, packing, and customer service support myself. Orders are generally processed for shipping within 3 days of receipt. During busier times of year such as holidays and sales, orders are processed more frequently and may be processed same or next day for shipping depending on volume.
USPS Priority Mail orders are moved to the front of the processing queue but still may take up to 2 business days to be prepared for shipment.
All standard orders are packed in 4 by 6 inch kraft paper envelopes with a postcard for added stiffness to protect your product from being bent. I package my orders carefully to avoid damage during shipping while still keeping products affordable and shipping free.
Larger orders (20+ stickers or similar) are mailed in a small compostable bubble mailer.
USPS Priority upgraded shipping is mailed in a Priority Mail envelope or small box depending on order size.
Standard free shipping is offered through USPS First Class Letter mail with tracking offered through EasyPost. Utilizing letter mail allows me to keep shipping costs low and offer free shipping to all US customers.
Larger orders that do not fit in a standard envelope may be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.
USPS Priority Mail upgraded shipping also includes tracking through USPS.
Upgraded shipping is offered through USPS Priority Mail. Transit time for Priority Mail is typically 1-3 days and includes tracking through USPS.
Shipping costs will not be refunded in the event that the package does not arrive in the expected timeline. Delivery times are an estimate based on USPS information, not a guarantee. Once the package has been conveyed to USPS, I cannot control any aspect of the shipment.
Once your order is conveyed to USPS I cannot control the time it takes to arrive at its destination. Though I do my best to get orders out the door as fast as possible, customers are encouraged to plan plenty of time for their order to arrive, particularly around the holidays.
Transit time estimates as provided by USPS:
- First Class Letter (all standard orders with free shipping): 1-5 business days
- Ground Advantage (large standard orders with free shipping): 3-5 business days
- Priority Mail (upgraded shipping): 1-3 business days.
During peak times of year and holidays please allow extra time for your order to reach its destination.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your order was shipped and it still has not arrived, please send me a message through the Contact form and I’ll see what I can do to make it right.
Packages returned to sender can be redirected if a new address is provided. If I receive an order returned, I will reach out via email to confirm the correct address information. If I do not hear back within 10 business days, your order will be refunded.
Once an order is conveyed to USPS, it cannot be canceled or changed. In the event a wrong address is provided, a new order will not be issued until the original is received having been returned to sender.
