Refund policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted if they are initiated within 7 days of the delivery date of the product(s). Please get in touch with through the Contact page on my website to initiate a refund or exchange.

Buyers are responsible for the postage for their return or exchange. Refunds are issued upon receipt of the product. Exchanges will be shipped only after the original product is received. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If your item arrives damaged, please reach out via the Contact form so I can help resolve the issue.

Cancellations are accepted only before they are shipped. Once the order is conveyed to USPS, I cannot accept cancellations.
